Joe has been a vegetarian / vegan for twenty nine years. He has taught vegetarian cooking for The Integral Yoga Institute, Naturally Yoga and various adult schools as well as privately. He has been cooking professionally for twelve years, with the specialty in vegan and vegetarian cooking.
Joe ran/operated the take out deli at The Third Day Natural Foods deli, formerly in East Rutherford, New Jersey, for nine years. Joe's interest for vegetarianism grew out of compassion, health and yoga studies. He has been a student of yoga for twenty five years and a teacher for eight years. Joe's desire to offer this service for the unique vegan / vegetarian community arose from his seeing a need for this service. He has cooked for various yoga retreats as well as for members of the Jain community (strict vegan).
Joe can also provide foods that contain eggs and dairy if requested.
Joe is also available to teach privately in homes or for groups.
